Phil Baldwin is a 23 year Realtor and is with the Litchfield Company Realty. Phil is a retired 38 year Bank President from the Atlanta area. He and his wife Libby live in the North Litchfield Beach community close to Libby’s family. Phil joined the board in 2022.
